At the age of 10 I started learning Carnatic Music on flute for 6 years. Then I started learning Hindustani classical music from Pt. Nandolal Bose (disciple of legendry Pt. Pannalal Ghosh) at Tatanagar Jamshedpur- Jharkhand for more than 6 years. Then I got job in Patna Bihar, there I learned from Dr. Ustad Muztaba Hussain for more than 10 years. Still I am learning from Venugandharva Dr. Pandit Keshav Ginde at Pune. I do stage show, perform solo classical, I play as an accompanist with gazhal, bhajan, studio track recording etc. I got Gold Medal in Inter college festival in the year 1981 and recently I received best teacher award from Muzi Club in the year 2018.
Music was / is playing very important role for all the human being from ancient time. It has been given by the God. It is a yoga.
I have more than 20 years of experience as a flute teacher. I can teach for hobby as well as for light music, Bollywood songs, Hindusani classical music in Flute based on the syllabus of Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalay in all the levels. I strongly believe that we are all in the profession of teaching a performing art, so the students who are learning should perform their music on the stage with huge public.
